Raffenday Limited - Harnesses

Our experience has been gained in a wide variety of
markets - vehicle navigation/traffic warning, autogas
vehicles, helicopters, fork lift trucks, police cars,
computer diagnostic equipment. 10,000 sq ft is
dedicated to the manufacture of electrical and
electronic assemblies utilising the latest automated
cutting and terminating equipment (with
automatic crimp force analysis), flow soldering,
electronic testing and process control systems. All
products are manufactured within the scope of our
ISO 9002 quality system accreditation.

Raffenday manufacturing began in 1992,
primarily satisfying the needs and
requirements of our component customers.
A small proportion of customers required
either the application of terminals to pre-cut
wires or assembly of connectors to devices
with attached fly leads.

We are able to offer a service to our customers for
the manufacture of products from a simple lead
assembly to complex Cable harnesses, in
quantities from one to hundreds of thousands,
whilst still being able to offer a small company
relationship with large company security.
